Return Policy:
Please contact us at 1-800-303-2203 for the care of one of our customer service specialists to help you with your return needs. If you need to return an item you will be responsible for all return shipping/packaging, handling, and any restocking fees. You will also be held responsible for any difference in price changes for product variations.  Refunds on returned product are based on the retail price of the product sold.  The retail price does not include any taxes or shipping costs paid on the original invoice, if applicable.  Returns on custom orders will be at the sole discretion of RV Furniture Center/Northwest Sales & Distribution, LLC.

Product Return Policy:
Warranties are given only to the original purchaser, and apply only as long as the original purchaser owns the product.

FlexSteel Warranty:
Lifetime Limited Warranty on Flexsteel Frame
- guarantees the frame against failure or breakage under ordinary use
- does not apply to failure that results from intentional damage, accidents, negligence, exposure or unreasonable use
- Two-year Limited Warranty on Springs, Cushions, Fabric/Leather and Metal Mechanical Parts
- guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for two years

In Case of Defects:
- report defects promptly to your retailer with proof of purchase
- if a repair is necessary, arrangements are made by the retailer
- repairs covered under warranty are free
- repairs are completed within a reasonable period of time after Flexsteel receives the merchandise at their factory.
- original purchaser is responsible for Shipping & Handling charges to & from the Flexsteel factory, & any reasonable service fee from the retailer

Home-Style Warranty - Lifetime Limited Warranty:
- guarantees the frame against breakage under ordinary use
- applies only to the frame and does not cover failure caused by accidents, negligence or unreasonable use

In Case of Defects:
- the original purchaser is responsible for Shipping & Handling charges to and from the Home-Style factory, and any reasonable service fee from the retailer

Exclusions and Limitations:
The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-RV Furniture Center furniture, products or parts, even if packaged or sold with RV Furniture Center Logo's and product ID's. Manufacturers or suppliers, other than RV Furniture Center, may provide their own warranties to the end user purchaser, but RV Furniture Center, in so far as permitted by law, provides their products "as is". Products distributed by RV Furniture Center with or without the RV Furniture Center brand name (including, but not limited to products and parts) is not covered under this Limited Warranty. RV Furniture Center does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. RV Furniture Center is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product's use.

This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non-RV Furniture Center products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by RV Furniture Center; (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of RV Furniture Center; (e) to a products or parts that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of RV Furniture Center; (f) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on parts.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. RV Furiture Center's responsibility for furniture and any hardware defects is limited to repair or replacement service as determined by RV Furniture Center in it's sole discretion. All express and implied warrantes, including but not limited to any implied warranties and conditions of merchantability for a particular purpose, are limited in time to the term of this limited warranty. No warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the expiration of the limited warranty period. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. No RV Furniture Center reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.

Obtaining Warranty through a Manufacturers or Supplier
If the product is still not functioning properly please contact RV Furniture Center representatives. When contacting RV Furniture Center via telephone, other charges may apply depending on your location. Any telephone charges are the sole responsibility of the caller., not RV Furniture Center or it's affiliates. When calling, a RV Furniture Center representative will help determine whether your product requires service and, if it does, will inform you how RV Furniture Center will provide it. You must assist in diagnosing issues with your furniture and or product and follow RV Furniture Center's warranty processes.

RV Furniture Center restricts service to the fifty states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia. Service options, parts availability, and response times may vary. Service options are subject to change at any time. In accordance with applicable law, RV Furniture Center may require that you furnish proof of purchase details before receiving warranty service.

Product Colors Displayed Policy:
Relative to the inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product provided. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, however screen images are intended as a guide only. Samples are not always available, when available, if you would like to see a sample of a product shown on our site, please call Customer Service at 1-800-303-2203. If you need to trade an item for a different color or size you will be responsible for shipping, handling, and any restocking fees.
